Booking & Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed once acknowledged in writing (including text or email). By confirming, you agree to our pricing, scope of work, and policies.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may change based on size, condition, or additional services requested on-site.

No Refund Policy

All services confirmed in writing are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, we offer a re-clean of affected areas within 48 hours of service at no additional charge.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
Secure pets and remove fragile or valuable items

Results Disclaimer

While we use professional equipment and methods, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or wear due to carpet condition, age, or previous damage.

Gold Star Carpet Cleaners is not liable for normal wear, pre-existing damage, or issues caused by improper installation, prior treatments, or manufacturer defects.
