No Refund Policy

Once services are confirmed in writing, all carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, and stain and odor removal appointments are non-refundable.

We commit time, equipment, and staff to your scheduled service, and for that reason, payments made for confirmed appointments cannot be refunded.

 

If you need to reschedule, we will gladly assist you with selecting a new date and time at no additional charge if notified 48 hours before the scheduled service window.

Please discuss any specific concerning areas you have with your Gold Star Carpet cleaning technician at the time of service. We will give you an estimate of the potential to remove the stains/odor and the likelihood of the stain resurfacing due to issues such as pad absorption, length of time stain has existed, type of stain/odor, etc.

If you are dissatisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we offer a satisfaction re-clean of the affected area(s) of the original service at no extra cost or per documentation with your carpet cleaning technician. However, some stains and wear on carpet are unable to be removed completely. Agreeing and signing the invoice discussed with your technician or providing agreement in writing means you understand the capacity the remove your spot, stain, or odor, and we cannot re-clean spots for free that resurface in these circumstance. This policy helps ensure fairness while maintaining our quality commitment to every customer.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of job.
